The objective of the workshop is to harmonize the performance management practices across the ARM Group and enable comprehension of the company’s performance management policy by employees of all cadres to achieve increased productivity through strategic alignment.
The beginners level modules focus on building basic awareness of performance management, OKR methodology, performance expectations, importance of frequent and detailed feedback.
