Program Objectives

AAP was developed to promote staff engagement across all levels
To provide the balance needed for the value systems of employees and the value system of the organization to achieve the common objective of being “INVESTED IN YOUR TOMORROW”
To provide an aspiration view such that employees are motivated to reach the peak of their careers
To address issues or misconceptions about the firm
To give new members of staff an understanding of the firm, how they fit in and what impact they can make in the organization
To create an environment in which employees showcase their capabilities and potentials
To serve as an additional pipeline for steady flow of ideas
