ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP)

The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is an 8-week internship designed to provide exemplary university students with the opportunity to develop an early start to their career. Structure: The program is split into two main phases: Group-Based Project Work (4 weeks): Interns collaborate on group projects, developing innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Their proposed solutions are then presented to a panel of judges. Work Experience (4 weeks): Interns gain hands-on experience by working in specific units within the firm, applying their skills and knowledge in a professional setting.
