The objective of the workshop is to harmonize the performance management practices across the ARM Group and enable comprehension of the company’s performance management policy by employees of all cadres to achieve increased productivity through strategic alignment.
The intermediate level modules focus on building robust awareness of performance management, OKR methodology, providing effective feedback, effectively cascading, and monitoring operational expectations to tactical objectives for Individual members of own team.
