ARM Academy is the learning and development division of the ARM Group, established with the mandate to create, retain, and transfer knowledge across the group.
The ultimate goal for organisations is to become what HR development practitioners term “A Learning Organisation” which implies that the firm has recognised the need to pay special attention to the learning potential of its employees, contributing to its sustainable competitive advantage.
The establishment of corporate training institutes has increasingly become the way to achieve this goal.
In partnership with a renowned research institute, ARMs flagship new in-take programme was also organised to expose new entry level/junior level staff to the intricacies of working in the financial industry.
These two initiatives marked the beginning of strategic learning in ARM.
We partner with top business schools and trusted local/international training bodies and individuals who are SMEs in various disciplines.
We will offer world-class learning solutions as a source of competitive advantage.
Overseeing the activities of the ARM Academy is the Advisory Board and next to the Advisory Board is the Managing Director of ARM Academy who is also referred to as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO).
The ARM Academy interfaces with Human Capital Management as a key stakeholder.
On the team with the Managing Director/Chief Learning Officer of ARM Academy are the Faculty and Knowledge Manager, Learning Management System (LMS) / eLearning Officer, the Research Officer, the Training Operations Officer, and the External Faculty.
Our operations cover our Construction and Real Estate, Infrastructure, Agribusiness, Trustees, Securities, Financial Advisory and the ARM group at large.
