ARM Talent Development Program

The ARM Talent Development Program (ATD) is a flagship leadership program aimed at building managerial capacity and a succession pipeline to progressively close the leadership competency and proficiency gaps for employees across the ARM Group. ATD strives to ensure that our leadership programmes are structured in alignment with the organization’s career progression and succession planning. The program curriculum is focused on three leadership categories as follows: § General Management Programme (GMP): The GMP focuses on the attributes of leading self, leading teams, and developing others. § Senior Management Programme (SMP): The SMP focuses on developing agile mind-sets, managing relationships across all levels, ethical leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. § Advanced Management Programme (AMP): The AMP is designed to equip senior staff members with strategic leadership skills required to develop, drive, and deliver business results.
